Welcome to ShopManager, a mobile application developed by FaithLabs, enabling small businesses and shop owners to manage and grow their business. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ShopManager application and related services provided by FaithLabs. ShopManager and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FaithLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold FaithLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of ShopManager or your violation of these Terms of Service.
